In short: jordachewd.com sets one strictly necessary cookie (to remember your cookie choice) and, only if you say yes, Google Analytics cookies to count visits. Nothing else. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via Consent Preferences in the footer.
1. Who we are
This policy is issued by FCI DEVELOPMENT SRL (JordacheWD or JWD), Str. Drumul Pădurea Neagră, 19-85, Sect. 1, Bucharest, Romania, 014044, office@jordachewd.com, the operator of jordachewd.com (the “Website”). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data generally; this policy deals only with cookies and similar technologies.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device through your browser. “Similar technologies” include local storage, pixels and scripts that read or store information on your device. Under Article 4(5) of Law no. 506/2004 (implementing Directive 2002/58/EC), we may store or read information on your device only with your prior informed consent, except where it is strictly necessary to provide a service you have requested (Article 4(6)).
3. How consent works on this Website
3.1 When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Until you accept, no analytics or other non-essential cookie is set and no data is sent to Google. “Accept” and “Reject” are offered with equal prominence; closing the banner without choosing is treated as a rejection.
3.2 Your choice is stored in a strictly necessary cookie (Section 4.1) so that we do not ask again on every page. We keep a record of the consent (date, choices, banner version) for as long as the cookie lasts plus 6 months, so we can demonstrate it (Art. 7(1) GDPR).
3.3 You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by clicking Consent Preferences in the footer of every page. Withdrawing is as easy as consenting. After withdrawal we stop setting analytics cookies; cookies already on your device can be deleted through your browser (Section 6).
3.4 Consent is renewed at the latest every 6 months, or sooner if we add a new category of cookies.

We review the list above whenever we change the Website’s tags. If a new category is added, the banner will ask for consent again. The version and effective date at the top tell you which list is current.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
Besides “Consent Preferences”, you can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies only affects the memory of your cookie choice.
